WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, or as long as the cancel option is available on the Website. This includes items purchased on discount also. Once the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded to you within 3-5 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 3-5 days from the time of order cancellation.

WHICH ARE THE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  2. Product is used or altered
  3. If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
  4. Personal Care Products (eg: shaving kits, etc)

HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED

If the product is eligible for return/exchange, you can raise the return/exchange request from ‘My Orders’ section in your Account within 3 days of delivery to request return or exchange. Once a request to return a product is made, a pick up is organised for the item. Our delivery partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. We process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our vendor’s warehouse. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
