HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED

We act as an aggregator, and once you place an order, your products are inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After the quality check our vendors do the packaging and ship through their delivery partners who ultimately bring the package to you at the earliest possibility.

LOCATIONS TO WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE SHIPPED

The vendors listed at Absolutemens.com ships throughout India. However, At times certain pin codes are temporarily non-serviceable due to ground challenges. You can always check the pincode serviceability before placing the order.

HOW TO TRACK ORDERS PLACED

You can track your order under the 'My Orders' section of your account on the website. Once your order has been dispatched by the vendor, you will receive a Tracking ID through a SMS and Email with the details of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking ID to track the status of your package on the respective courier company’s website.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Your orders are delivered within 3-5 days from the date of order however, the time frame might vary depending on a few pin codes due to on ground challenges. In case of any loss of package in shipping or any other consequences we will communicate it to our customers with auto updates. Tracking options are also available in “My Orders’ section of your account.

If the delivery is delayed for any reason, you will be informed of the same through SMS or E-mail as soon as possible and you will be intimated regarding new revised date for the delivery.

WHAT ARE THE SHIIPING CHARGES

The shipping cost varies from vendor to vendor, based on multiple aspects like minimum order value, total order value as well as the geolocation.
